Insurance products are offered through Michael J. Marin, a licensed insurance agent in the State of Florida (FL License #G216159, NPN 21495547).

• Information necessary to quote health coverage — estimated household income, immigration or citizenship status, current or prior coverage, employment status, tobacco use, preferred doctors, and health information that you choose to give us so that we can identify plans that may fit your situation. Eligibility is determined by the Health Insurance Marketplace and the insurance carrier, not by us.
• Government-issued identifiers — such as a Social Security number or immigration document number, collected only when the Health Insurance Marketplace or an insurance carrier requires it to process an application you have asked us to submit.
• Communication records — the messages you send us through the chat widget, email, telephone or text message, and our replies.
• Basic technical information — standard web server information such as browser type and the pages you visited on this site.

We do not ask you to provide payment card or bank account information on this website.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, lease or trade your personal information. We do not share your personal information with any third party for that third party's own advertising or promotional use.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission of this website, access controls, and limiting access to information to those who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
