MJM CAPITAL VENTURES LLC sends text messages to clients and to people who have asked us for information about health coverage, for the following purposes:

• Appointment reminders — confirmations and reminders for calls or meetings you scheduled with our agent.
• Policy information — service messages about an application or a policy you hold, such as missing documents, carrier requests, effective dates and coverage questions.
• Renewals — reminders about your annual plan review, open enrollment, special enrollment periods and applicable deadlines.
• Follow-up to your request — replies and questions related to information you asked us for.

These are conversational and customer care messages related to the service you requested.

How We Obtain Your Consent

We send text messages only to individuals who have given us express consent to be contacted by text message. Consent is obtained in one of the following ways:

• Through the chat widget on this website.
• Verbal confirmation during a phone call.
• Email confirmation.

The chat widget is the only place on this website where consent to receive text messages can be given; the other two methods take place during a phone call or by email. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network and to the availability of your device.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
