Marin, a licensed insurance agent in the State of Florida (FL License #G216159, NPN 21495547). We are an independent agency. We are not a government entity and we are not affiliated with HealthCare.gov or with any federal or state agency.

Use of This Website

We can discuss and submit business only in states where the agent holds an active license and a carrier appointment, and only with the insurance carriers with which the agent is appointed.

Actual premiums, benefits, exclusions, limitations and eligibility are governed exclusively by the policy documents and plan materials issued by the carrier and by the determinations of the Health Insurance Marketplace. If information on this website conflicts with a policy document, the policy document controls.
